Lacs 200 Race Info
Event schedule (pdf) *All USCC classes will race on BOTH days at the Sled Head 24/7, Amsoil Triple Crown events. This is a change from our usual two-day race format, so all racers should make the necessary arrangements and plan on competing on both Saturday and Sunday at the Triple Crown races. REGISTRATION: All racers must have their race entry forms in to the USCC by Wednesday, February 13th in order to be eligible to race. Addtionally, racers who will need a transponder are encouraged to submit their rental forms early to guarantee availability. DRIVER CHECK-IN: For all classes will be on Friday evening from 7-9 pm at the Blue Goose in Garrison. RACE SCHEDULE: Since all classes are running on both days, we will be trying some different concepts with classes and race formats. All racers should see a fair amount of track time over the course of the weekend. PAYOUTS: The Triple Crown Payout grids are guaranteed and can be found on the Sledhead 24/7 website. PRIZES: All racers, crew members and spectators will be eligible to win 12 outstanding door prizes at the Triple Crown events! THE COURSE: The current plans for the Garrison race are to have a lap in the 4 to 5 mile range that will include about 2 miles of land running and 2 miles or so on the lake. Snow depth on the lake is up to 28" in some spots. |
